Towards the end of a large renovation project, we always have the ductwork of unit HVAC systems professionally cleaned for our future renters. It makes a big difference in maintaining the heating and cooling system, and Bactronix does a great job at providing hospital grade cleaning and air treatment with their powerful equipment.

Here is the result of a unit renovation from a few years ago, this is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in West View. This unit needed major renovation work after it was left in unsightly condition. This was the very first apartment that we had remodeled and oversaw. There was a lot of struggle through the process and a big learning curve that went along with it! Very thankful for the final result from the hard work of all those involved, and for all of the lessons learned.

New roof alert! Here is a comparison between the old and new roofs at our 8-unit building in West View. Installed in October 2021 by Forever Metal Shingles - we love the update! These interlocking aluminum shingles are designed to look similar to the standard asphalt shingles that most homes tend to have, but with a lot more 'pizazz' and a lifespan that truly cannot be beat. They also come with a 50 year warranty! Plus, aluminum is one of the most recyclable materials in the world, which means that when the day comes that this roofing system does need replaced (possibly 100+ years from now), the vast majority of the material will be reused with purpose rather than ending up in a landfill. Great for the Earth, keeping our occupants dry, and keeping the building looking sharp for years to come!

Additionally, we added matching 6 inch gutters with guards all around to keep that rainfall and snow melt moving in the right direction - away from the building and foundation.
