What do we notice in the first 5 minutes of a showing? 👀

A lot more than the paint color.

Before we’ve even finished walking through the home, we’re already paying attention to things buyers tend to notice right away:

• Exterior maintenance and overall first impression
• Any noticeable smells when you walk in
• How the floor plan flows
• Natural light throughout the home
• The condition of the windows
• Signs of deferred maintenance
• How the home is positioned within the neighborhood

None of these things automatically make or break a home. But together, they help tell the story of how the property has been cared for and what a buyer may need to consider.
