💸 News just in: The Federal Reserve did not raise rates 📉

SO, what does this mean for you as a buyer or a homeowner looking to refi? Let me break it down for you and clear up a common misconception...

The Fed does not set mortgage interest rates (except it does directly affect home equity lines of credit...confused yet?!), HOWEVER, it can indirectly influence mortgage rate trends - one will lead, then the other or they can be independent of each other - think of them as dance partners 💃🕺 Whereas this decision *should* keep mortgage rates steady, with some small ebbs and flows, there is a chance that the two can act independently of each other so what should you do to be prepared? 👀 Get with the pros - I can connect you to one of my knowledgeable mortgage partners that can guide you on rates and timing which is key in this market 🔑 And of course, I can take care of the rest 😉
