🎉 SOLD — and $20,000 OVER ASKING! 🎉 A huge congratulations to my seller client, Cheryl, on the successful sale of her beautiful one-level condo at Cowesett Meadows! 🏡❤️

This was another one of those transactions that looked simple on the surface… but behind the scenes? 😅 Let’s just say there were some CRAZY twists and turns thanks to lender requirements, condo review requirements, documents we needed but couldn’t seem to get from various entities in time, and a whole lot of problem-solving.

At one point (Sunday), I literally pulled an all-nighter going through YEARS of budgets, engineering reports, meeting minutes and association documents to create a detailed capital project tracking spreadsheet for the development because apparently… no one could provide one. 😂

Who knew my former life managing capital projects would come in so handy as a REALTOR®?! Sometimes you really do use every bit of your past experience to get a deal across the finish line.
