We think it’s safe to say that spring is now full swing here in Northern Maine! It’s almost time to start enjoying the summer sun!

09/21/2024

Here is another project we just wrapped up tonight at Madawaska Lake!

To begin this project we removed approximately 20+ stumps out of a back section of the garage. As you can see, there was a lot of water held underneath the stumps.

We then brought in a bunch of structural material and packed it down nice and tight for a base. We then put a smaller material on top of the structural material to pack into the structural material.

Then to finish we put down 3/4 crushed gravel across the entire new base and existing driveway.

A big thanks goes out to Masse Earthworks for hauling in all of the material for this project, as well as providing a roller to pack all the material!

Over the past couple of weeks we have been busy on the North Shore of Madawaska Lake!

This project began with a complete bush hog over the entire property, followed by some remaining debris removal left from the previous camp owners.

We then used our grapple attachment to remove the entire root system of all of the bushes to ensure nothing invasive would continue to grow back.

Finally we had several loads of loam brought in which we spread to get the yard back into shape. Grass seed was then spread and finally topped off with hay to complete this project.

This afternoon we took care of a bush hogging job at a lot in Westfield! As you can see the lot was very overgrown and super thick, but it was no issue for us!

Cole’s Property Management took care of one of our monthly mowing projects this morning in New Sweden! This project is approximately 2 acres of open mow followed by a lot of trimming!

Cole’s Property Management has been hard at work in Mapleton. We installed 90 linear feet of an aluminum picket fence with a gate!

The fence will be used as a nice area for the homeowners German Shepherd to enjoy the beautiful Aroostook County summer!

Cole’s Property Management is currently booking for other fence projects as well as any other property management needs.

Despite the rainy weather this weekend, we still remained busy!

To start, we helped a customer in Woodland level a 14’x18’ pad, which will soon be a new backyard campfire site!

Then to finish the weekend we helped a customer in Caribou backfill a sand/gravel mixture over top of an insulated water supply. With approximately 6 inches depth of sand/gravel mixture, to ensure the pipes protection with the backfill.

We spent this weekend down in Mars Hill. The homeowner was having some flooding issues with water run-off into the foundation of his camp.

We created a taper so the water would redirect around both sides of the camp.

On top of grading and tapering the ground surface, we also dug a trench so the homeowner could bury the electric service line leading to the camp in conduit, to ensure its protection.

Today we had the pleasure to freshen up a stretch of fence in Caribou at Burger Boy.

We started the day by removing the old fence, digging holes and putting together the new stretch of fence. Then ending the day with installing new curbside pickup posts and signs in front of a few parking spots.
