Where my buyers at? 🙌

Mortgage rates fell to 5.98% for the week ending Feb. 26—the lowest in more than three years—down from 6.01% last week and 6.76% a year ago, according to Freddie Mac. The drop follows declines in the 10-year Treasury yield amid renewed uncertainty over President Donald Trump’s tariffs, with economists saying lower rates and improving inventory could boost spring homebuying.

You’d be amazed how much a photo can make (or break) a listing. Lighting, angles and presentation all matter.✨

Quality photos set the tone for the entire buying experience. Because your home deserves more than a “finger-pointing” tour. 😉

Pro tip: the MLS listing info tells everyone how many bedrooms and bathrooms the home has. Finger numbering, not necessary.

📊 September Housing Market Snapshot

National inventory kept climbing — up 17% year-over-year — but still sits below pre-pandemic levels overall.

Homes are taking longer to sell (62 days on average) and more sellers are cutting prices, especially in the $350K–$500K range.

The median list price held steady at $425,000, though the West saw a slight dip.

Bottom line: buyers have more choices, sellers face more competition, and pricing strategically matters more than ever.
