When I meet someone who is very devout to their philosophy or religion, I usually ask lots of questions.

I noticed that there are two kinds of these people.

Those who are very defensive about their beliefs, and hard to have a conversation with.

And those who are very open about them, with who’m I get along with much more; even if I completely disagree with their answers!

Here are some of my recent transactions. Some are flips, some are wholesales, others follow the BRRR strategy… a pretty good mix. Should I do a separate post or case study for each of these, or would you guys not be interested in that?

Sold another flip today with . Also bought another duplex on Monday that I forgot to post about. Been working 16 hours a day and not going to stop until we hit 1,000 units. I’m expecting 5 more closings in the next few weeks and many more to come.

🔍 Found a Note from 1987! 📝
So I’m flipping this house and we’re digging a hole to try and find the well to fix low water pressure issue, and with the well cap we find a note with instructions on replacing the foot valve as well as recorded dates that it was replaced, dating back to 1987! Pretty cool, thank you Dick Fabian, you are a legend and your note was not taken for granted.
