Just checked out the latest housing market trends here in DC, and it's super interesting! 📉 Prices have dipped by 1.2% from last year, with the median home price at $618K. Houses are taking a bit longer to sell (55 days on average), but with interest rates dropping, now might actually be the best time to make a move.
