My client was relocating and couldn’t walk these homes themselves, so I did the legwork for them: video tours of every room, research on the property and the area, all the details they needed to make an informed decision from wherever they were.

Come with me for a night out in Oak Bluffs 🌙 First I stopped by Donovan’s (Donovan’s Reef) to get me the dirty banana, which is a frozen drink. If you’re a daredevil ask for it “extra dirty.” Next I walked next door to Nancy’s (Nancy’s Restaurant & Snack Bar MV), which has my favorite French fries and lobster roll. Their fried shrimp is delicious also, you really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Next I walked down the street to the Inkwell Beach Club (inkwell.beach.club) because Bison support Bison… HU! It was a restaurant downstairs and an event/party space upstairs. Next I left the party because I’m obsessed with the apple fritters from Backdoor Donuts (Back Door Donuts). Sadly they closed the line at 11:30p so I couldn’t get them. You can also stop by Ronnie’s (Fat Ronnies) for late night food, they’re known for their delicious burgers. I ended the night at Sandbar (Sand Bar Martha's Vineyard) and there’s actual sand on the ground so be prepared for that. Overall, I had a great night and ate well ☺️

🏡 My client came to me a little hesitant at first, unsure if now was the right time or if this whole process was even for them. But they trusted me to guide them through it, and we got it done. Their very first home, right here in the nation’s capital. There’s something so special about that. Owning property in DC is prestigious in its own right, and watching someone go from unsure to homeowner is exactly why I love this work.
