If you have goals in life—like owning a home or making a real change in your career—there will always be people around you who don’t understand your drive. Sometimes it’s family or friends who end up acting as your biggest “haters.”

My best advice: move in silence. Focus on your goals, stay consistent, and don’t let anyone else’s opinions control how you feel about your future.
