In the past week, there was a fair bit of good news for sellers in Maryland and in Virginia. In Maryland, the number of homes newly for sale decreased, and the median list and median sale prices both increased. Virginia also had a decrease in the number of homes newly for sale, though with a decreased median list price and an increased median sale price. The median time on market rose to 18 days in Maryland and to 15 days in Virginia.

In the past week, there was a fair bit of good news for buyers in Maryland and in Virginia. In Maryland, although the number of homes newly for sale decreased, the median list and median sale prices decreased. Virginia also had a decrease in the number of homes newly for sale, though with a decreased median list price and a (slightly) increased median sale price. The median time on market stayed at 17 days in Maryland and rose to 12 days in Virginia.
