The site's purpose is the teach black people how to not only become property managers, but how to become outstanding and effective property managers. The site provides 2 directories.......
#1. A Property Owners directory.
#2. A Property Managers directory.
If you decide that a Property Manager is what you want to be and signup in the P. Managers directory the site trains and teaches you how to become an outstanding member of that profession. The importance of that is that each P. Manager profile generates 9-11 questions where you get graded/rated on your honesty, your integrity, and most importantly on your dependability for paying P. Owners when you collect rent from the tenants. This strongly incentivizes you to score HIGH, because if you score high people all over planet Earth are going to KNOW IT, and when people know that about you, people from everywhere will want to buy property where you reside so that you can manage their properties for them.
