I am so unbelievably honored to have been named a National Association of REALTORS® Class of 2024 30 Under 30 honoree! 🎉

When I started in real estate, being named a 30 Under 30 honoree was a dream of mine (you can check my first business plan from when I was a baby agent— it’s on there!). So the fact that this dream came true is just so incredible— I am still beaming from Monday’s announcement.

I wholeheartedly attribute my success to all the incredible people that have supported me since I took a leap of faith and started in real estate 3.5 years ago.

▪️To my clients—who continually put trust in me during the biggest moment of their lives;

✨Weekly DMV Market Pulse✨

🏡This past week we saw multiple offer scenarios in only 14% of newly ratified contracts.
🏡62% of newly ratified contract had some form of inspection contingency. An additional 23% of newly ratified contracts did a pre-inspection in order to waive their inspection contingencies. 15% of newly ratified contracts had neither inspection contingencies OR completed a pre-inspection.
🏡 31% of newly ratified contracts were above list price, while 69% ratified at or below list price.
