PA Young Professionals Network

PA Young Professionals Network We are the state network of YPN and actively setting up local association and location - based networks all over Pennsylvania.

Our goal with this site is to be the PA YPN Hub for all of the PA YPN networks. Now in its third year of existence, the Pennsylvania YPN has seen success but has been quick to confess that a tremendously long road lies ahead. Pennsylvania is a large area, with thousands of REALTORS® and dozens of local REALTOR® Associations – each of whom are quickly recognizing the impact and potential that can c

ome from engaging younger real estate leaders in a positive way. Pennsylvania YPN recognizes that its primary mission is to spread out throughout the state, create opportunities for younger REALTORS® to engage with the industry and each other, and to perpetuate the leadership development process for the next generation of association leadership. The leaders of PAYPN, individual REALTOR® members who have invested their time and energy into expanding the YPN model, know that growing an organization organically takes time. Each is also mindful; however, that the more time spent “finding our way in the dark” is less time spent helping the members of the associations who need the interaction and energy YPN brings right away. To that end, Pennsylvania YPN is juggling a dual mandate; grow well…but grow quickly. Currently Pennsylvania YPN is meeting that mandate by reaching into each of Pennsylvania’s REALTOR® associations to create location-based sub chapters (LBS). These entities, while still technically part of the Pennsylvania YPN organization, allow for more interaction between members, greater learning, and hopefully expanded opportunity for leadership development at both the local and state levels. While creating these entities, however, the statewide YPN organization must continue to develop programs, engage members, and leverage technology for the benefit of its constituents.
