It's exciting to be among the top 50 private companies that have grown consecutively over the past three years (and through a pandemic!) and it's time to celebrate!

It will be interesting to notice changes in our area next month. The article states, "Just under half of US knowledge workers have some type of hybrid schedule..." Determining the right hybrid schedule can be complex but integral to the success of a company.

“People want the flexibility to go in or work from home, but when there’s a mismatch there, burnout goes up,” said Jim Harter, the chief scientist of workplace and wellbeing at pollster Gallup. “Getting that match right, between what the employer and the worker wants, is essential.”
