A good article on DC's affordable housing crises. These issues, all created by poor governance, are why we stopped acquisitions in DC in 2020 in favor of VA and MD. It's unfortunate it takes a crises before the city even starts to evaluate its policies.

The abrupt shutdown of affordable housing firm Neighborhood Development Co. has raised alarms about a growing crisis that could lead more companies to fold.
