After more than two decades serving our nation in the US Army and CIA, I began a career in Real Estate in order to continue to serve my community and because I love engaging with others. After a dozen moves myself, I have a great appreciation for the stress of buying and selling a home, especially if you are transitioning from another state or even country.
My interest is not in doing a transaction; it is in building a beneficial relationship that lasts. Buying or selling a home, or even investing in Real Estate, is often an emotional experience. You are best served by someone that cares about you and is there to help you and focus on your interests. That is what you’ll get with me as your agent. Because relationships are important to me, I offer reduced commission rates for Friends, Family, and those that are referred to me.
Many of the skills that I honed over two decades as an Operations Officer at CIA are directly applicable to Real Estate and serve the interests of my clients. You know you are working with someone that you can trust, that can adapt to evolving situations, stay calm “under fire”, and is an expert at assessing situations and people. I am a keen negotiator and know how to focus on what is most important, how to look a couple moves ahead, and to know when we have gotten as good of a deal as we are likely to get.
For Investors, I have the right network of contacts and research skills to find excellent off-market, wholesale, and even mls listed deals to maximize the return on your investment or to find you cash buyers if you’re looking to sell.
