WE SHOULD MENTION THE BRIDGE.

Because before you get to the four bedrooms, the original woodwork, the wraparound porch, the big fenced yard, or the real professional kitchen with two ovens, a w**e fridge, and built-in b**r taps, you have to cross a footbridge to get to the front door.

Which is not something we get to write very often.
