Takeaway: If real estate is on your to-do list in 2025, it’s important to start having conversations with an agent and lender now. Buying a home is a lengthier process than renting and you want to give yourself ample time to explore options and inventory. If selling, we normally like to put a plan in place months before going on the market so we can make sure we have the most robust marketing strategy possible. Long story short, it’s never too early to talk. #2025
