g better than knowing your client is getting the best deal possible! There are a lot of ways people lose money when buying or selling a home. I take a lot of prime in protecting my clients from the pitfalls of real estate. I won't take a listing unless I expect it to sell. I believe that if a home is on the market without showings, I am wasting my clients time and if I'm wasting their time I am wasting their money. With my buyers, I have never had a client loose their earnest money and I take a lot of pride in that. My greatest goal as a realtor is to protect my clients time and money! I grew up on a farm in Beaver, UT and moved to St. George in 1998. In 2006, I began my career as a realtor. With my background in agriculture, I quickly picked up a bunch of work in large acreage parcels. I have a great understanding of water rights and what is necessary to close large properties. I have also worked a lot with first time home buyers, investors and new construction homes. In 2007, I did my first short sale and am experienced in short sale and foreclosed properties. I have the best job in the world. I get to meet great people every day and I can't wait to work for you!
