Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities

Collect documents from agents

Collect all party contact information

Create a deadline calendar and share it with the agent.

Send an email introduction letter to the agent (and their TC if applicable), title company, closing agent, and lender along with executed contract and addendums

Gather additional executed documents in a timely manner; check documents for signatures, and initials, and that dates are complete

Confirm Appraisal has been ordered and what date it will be completed

Keeping in contact with the title company and lender throughout the transaction. Provide agent email updates on the status of transactions with deadlines throughout the process

Confirm closing date and time has been scheduled by the title company with the seller, buyer, agent, and co-op agent

Conduct a final audit of the file prior to closing to ensure all documents are uploaded and the file is complete to date.

Confirm the date and time of the final walk-thru of the property
Review Settlement Statements and send them to the agent for final approval
