We provide home inspection, commercial property inspection, radon testing, and wood destroying insect inspection services throughout the greater Boston area. Our inspectors are Massachusetts Licensed Home Inspectors, ASHI certified, and fully qualified to provide detailed, thorough analysis. We provide a detailed
and thorough report immediately following the inspection (usually within 24 hrs. definitely within 48 hrs.), which includes a narrative description of the property, defects, and recommendations, a list of the "principle repair and safety concerns" for the property, and photographs that clearly document any defect described in the report. We take an educational approach to the home inspection process, inviting you to be present during the entire inspection, to ask as many questions as you feel the need to, and to call us with any questions before or after the inspection. We do not overbook our inspectors, ensuring that your property will get the attention it deserves. We also have a staffed office to prevent any distractions on the part of the home inspector while on site. Your inspector will not be taking calls and doing any other business while inspecting the property you have hired us to inspect. We are proud of our work and enjoy every minute of it.
