After your offer is accepted, you'll hire a licensed home inspector to assess the property—from the roof and structure to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. You’ll get a detailed report, and based on the findings, we may negotiate repairs or credits with the seller.

🔧 For sellers:
A little prep goes a long way. Make sure major systems are accessible, replace filters, clean gutters, and take care of small repairs. A smooth inspection builds buyer confidence and keeps the deal on track.

While some buyers may waive inspections in competitive markets, it’s usually a smart way to protect your investment and avoid surprises.
