Angie & Kellie were long time employees of Parker & Associates and were entrusted to take the reins of the Association Management business when Ken & Susan Parker retired. Compass currently manages over 90 Condominium and Homeowners Associations in Athens-Clarke, Oconee, Barrow, Morgan and Surrounding Counties. We provide full-service community association management along with real estate sales s

ervices. Since each property is unique, our management services are individually tailored to the needs of each Community and its Board of Directors. Special situations are welcomed. IMPORTANT UPDATE: New Vantaca Software Launch on May 1

It’s official! As mentioned earlier this month, we will be going live with our new Vantaca software on May 1st!

On May 1st, you will receive a link for Vantaca to set up payments, update account information and submit requests. Please be on the lookout for these important communications. We've sent out an email to all owners with additional information regarding payment set-up so that you are prepared to login on May 1st.

Please note that your previous account number will no longer be in use and a new one will be assigned. The email that has been sent to you will provide the necessary information to guide you through the next steps for setting up your new portal access on May 1st, as well as outline your available payment options going forward.

As a reminder, if you are already enrolled in ACH, no action is required for your regular dues payments. Your payment will continue to be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 5th of each month with the exception of May, when draft will occur on the 10th.

If you are set up on a payment plan for dues or special assessments, you will need go in to set up your preferences on the portal.

We do anticipate a transition period of approximately 60 days as we implement this change, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our services. During this time, late fees will not be assessed to owner accounts.

It's that time of year again! The weather is warm and the exterior projects have begun. If you live in a community association, exterior property modifications must be approved by your community's Architectural Control Committee (ACC) or Architectural Review Board (ARB). Please be sure to request approval for any project that changes the exterior appearance of your home, This includes paint changes, roof changes, landscape enhancements, tree removal, fence and pool additions, etc.
