IMPORTANT UPDATE: New Vantaca Software Launch on May 1
It’s official! As mentioned earlier this month, we will be going live with our new Vantaca software on May 1st!
On May 1st, you will receive a link for Vantaca to set up payments, update account information and submit requests. Please be on the lookout for these important communications. We've sent out an email to all owners with additional information regarding payment set-up so that you are prepared to login on May 1st.
Please note that your previous account number will no longer be in use and a new one will be assigned. The email that has been sent to you will provide the necessary information to guide you through the next steps for setting up your new portal access on May 1st, as well as outline your available payment options going forward.
As a reminder, if you are already enrolled in ACH, no action is required for your regular dues payments. Your payment will continue to be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 5th of each month with the exception of May, when draft will occur on the 10th.
If you are set up on a payment plan for dues or special assessments, you will need go in to set up your preferences on the portal.
We do anticipate a transition period of approximately 60 days as we implement this change, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our services. During this time, late fees will not be assessed to owner accounts.
