Past (2008 - 2011) President of the Central Coast Chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA). Our NAIFA Chapter holds Quarterly dinner meetings with speakers, typically in Santa Cruz or Monterey Counties. We also try and sponosor a few continuing education classes a year. We are the only local appraisal orginazation that has local meetings on a regular basis. Any and all appraisers are welcome to attend our meetings and/or classes whether they are a member or not. We are a very inclusive group and are happy to supply a venue where local appraisers can meet, learn, network and share ideas.
