Boozhoo everyone, we want to clear up a little confusion we’ve heard about who Highway 59 Homes can sell to and where homes can be placed. Here’s a quick FAQ to help.
Highway 59 Homes FAQ
Q: Who can buy a home through Highway 59 Homes?
A: Anyone can reach out, tour the models, and get information. Our team is happy to help you understand options and next steps.
Q: Where can Highway 59 Homes place homes right now?
A: At this time, Highway 59 Homes is focused on homes placed on all land within Indian Reservations (“Indian Country”). Please refer to Federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1151) for further definition. Placement depends on land status, approvals, and installation requirements.
Q: Can you sell homes off reservation (fee land) right now?
A: Not at this time. We’re working through the proper pathways so we can serve more families in the future, but today our focus is reservation land placements.
Q: What if I’m a Tribal member living off reservation?
A: We still want to talk with you. We can help you plan ahead, explain financing lanes, and keep you updated as opportunities expand.
Q: What do I need to get started?
A: Three basics:
1. Where will the home go (trust land, fee land, or unsure)
2. Your timeline (0–3 months, 3–6, 6–12, or unsure)
3. A comfortable monthly payment range (ballpark is fine)
Q: How do I start?
