There are some moments in life that feel almost too big for words… and this is one of them. 🤍
Today, we closed on our forever home.
This home represents so much more than a house to us. It represents years of praying, working, waiting, dreaming, stretching, trusting—and watching the Lord remain faithful through every single season.
There were so many times when we couldn’t see how all the pieces were going to come together. But God could. And looking back now, I can see His hand in places I didn’t recognize it at the time. His timing has been better than ours. His plans have been bigger than ours. And His provision has been more than enough.
I keep thinking about everything these walls will hold in the years ahead—the ordinary mornings, loud dinners, holidays, birthdays, kids running in and out, family gathered around the table, friends staying way too late, prayers prayed, laughter filling the rooms, and memories we haven’t even made yet.
More than anything, I pray this home is never just ours. I pray it is a place where people feel welcomed, loved, fed, safe, celebrated and at home. A place with an open door and plenty of room at the table. A home we get to use to love people well.
We worked incredibly hard to get here, but we know exactly Who gets the glory.
Here’s to our forever home, to a brand-new chapter, and to filling every inch of it with the people we love. 🏡🤍
