When buyers, sellers and agents meet for a pre-settlement walkthrough, and the seller (wife) says, “Right after we bought this property I had a dream in which I saw a steeple on this building”, and then she hands the buyer a donation for their church.
Chills and teary eyes fill the room…
And the buyer (wife) says, “We had looked at the building 2 years ago, when it was for sale, but the timing wasn’t right.”
Then the conversation goes to past use of the building, positive experiences had there, and mutual acquaintances for buyers and sellers, and you all just know this was MEANT TO BE!
