buying or selling?

Don’t underestimate the power the people hold in determining the value of a property. On paper comparables are great tools for estimates or a starting price. Apart from an appraisal, buyers determine the worth of a property.

People are scared at the interest rates of today that are in the 6’s. I believe that is only because of our recent historic low with rates in the 2’s. Generally speaking, we have seen rates in the double digits where people had to buy. Don’t fret the rate of today, after 6 months you have the option to refinance into a new rate once they have dropped.

Don’t allow yourself to be rushed or coerced into a decision that doesn’t feel right for you. An agent is there to work in your best interest.
