The pertinent details:
- We will begin taking pre-orders and payment on December 8, 2021 for shipping beginning as soon as January 28, 2022.
- It’s highly suggested you place your order as soon as possible. Material supply is still quite constrained and we are only able to meet a limited demand each week / month at this time. It is anticipated that the additional availability will be placed on pre-order at a fast pace.
- Our most in demand products will be offered at this time: Pre-orders for NC100 (10”x30") and NC200 (10”x30” heavy duty), and our U-Frames as we have been since they are not galvanized and the material supply is sufficient for the demand. There is no time line available for other product availability.
- Raw material and shipping costs have increased steadily through 2021. If you place a pre-order you will lock in that price and not be subject to potential cost increase.
- Confirmed pre-orders that are later requested to be held or rescheduled to ship at a later date will not be able to be reallocated to the following week or perhaps a specifically requested week. The allotment will be released to the next waiting customer, and you may choose to have your order shipped at the soonest next available date or a specified week, if available.\
- Pre-orders may be subject to a cancellation fee per the terms and conditions under the policies located on the Old North Wire website.

Thank you for your understanding since March 2020, and especially the last 8 months and beyond. If you are interested in booking some shipments please reach out to me via email and we can review our schedule together.

A Quick Note:

All products are available to ship! Despite diligently updating our database and online store of availability for immediate shipping of all products, access through Chrome as well as by search engine as resulted in cached pages sporadically showing “out of stock.” Thanks to a customer’s quick Facebook message via our online page, we were informed of the issue.

NC200 - Currently shipping.

NC100 - 10"x30" - Currently shipping within a few days for 50 count boxes!

NC107 - 10"x24" (50 count boxes): ~3 week lead time.

Our current fulfillment time is as follows:

- NC200 (heavy duty 10"x30") are available for shipping.

- NC100 (10"x30") and NC107 (10"x24") in 50 count boxes are down to ~ 4 week lead time.

- U-Frames are available for shipping. Custom sizes are currently not available.

Currently, NC200 are available for shipping the next business day. NC100 (50 ct) are down to a 7-8 week lead time with NC107 (50ct) at more than 4 weeks.

Edit: It has been fixed.
As of 3:20p, 30 July, while performing a site update, the backend of the site has returned an error resulting in the site being down. Our webmaster has been notified and hopefully it is not long before it is rectified.

AVAILABILITY:
- NC200, U-Frames, and rider wires are currently available to ship.

- NC107 in 50 count boxes are shipping with a lead time of greater than 14 days.

- NC100 in 50 count boxes are shipping with a current ~12 week lead time and are filled in the order they are received. We advised using the Contact Us form for shipping questions and concerns, and are advising customers to anticipate theirs or their customers’ future needs in mind, and not be reliant upon on-demand shipping at this time.

- Orders for all other SKU's are currently suspended until their production resumes.

We are temporarily suspending our NC103 (6″x30″), NC101 (6″x24″), NC104 (10″x15″) offerings. Due to high demand of our other H-style frames, with lead times developing, we will focus on those products for the time being as well as U-Frames. Backordering is available for delayed products and will be entered in the queue on a first come basis.

Customers: Please know that we are able to continue operations and supplying customers with their needs. During this COVID-19 time, because sign frames are being used in times of natural disaster as a means to temporarily direct citizens to areas of safety and /or assistance, as well as supporting other essential businesses, we are able to continue supplying customers needs unless directed otherwise at a later time.
