Good Morning!

Just wanted to let everyone know that we anticipate final paving to happen late next week, or the start of the following week!

You will notice starting today, that crews are out saw cutting asphalt around all of the Storm Sewer Manholes, and Water Valve locations, those utilities will then be raised to meet the height of the final asphalt elevation.

We will put cones in these locations, so please navigate around them carefully.

We are looking forward to getting the final lift of asphalt on and all other final touch up work done, and then watch the grass grow!!

The crews were able to reach a major milestone in the construction project by installing the bottom layer of asphalt across the entire Western Sunset Addition!

There have been a lot of exciting things happening in the recent months with multiple residents calling the WSA their new home, multiple houses continually being constructed, and plenty more with plans on the way!

NEWSFLASH!!

Not only did we hit our goal of selling 30 lots by March 1st, we beat it! We currently have 33 lots sold!!

Now the real work begins! Our Team will keep working with Helms and Associates on final design, DANR approval, bid lettings, etc.

The team will also be working with the City of Webster and the Day County Development Corporation on the next steps.
