It has been a beautiful last day of the year here in South Florida. I was happy to show some properties this afternoon to my wonderful customer. There were two more parties interested in one of the properties I was showing today. It was priced right. I think that we will have more real estate transactions next year. Children could play with them and later eat them. Tradition says that there should be 7 types of Christmas cookies. How many kinds do you traditionally bake?
