🏡 November market stats are in! Sales are increasing and prices are rising, which tells us that buyers are competing and are willing to pay more for the right property.

At the same time, stagnant inventory levels and consistent Days on Market show that buyers remain discerning. They are willing to act, but only when a property is priced appropriately and delivers clear value.
