Almost a year in the making.
For the past 11 months, I’ve had the privilege of helping this sweet family plan their move from Brooklyn, NY to South Florida in search of something bigger than just a new home but a better quality of life for their entire family.
We explored everywhere, from Boca Raton all the way up to Palm City. Different cities, different communities, different homes… until they finally trusted me when I said, “I really think you need to see Westlake.”
And THIS was it.
They found a beautiful home well under their budget that checks EVERY. SINGLE. BOX., including the space they need for a true multigenerational home where their 4-year-old son Luca gets to grow up with his grandparents right there with him. 🤍
The home is incredible, but the community and lifestyle are what make this move even more special. It gives this entire family exactly what they were hoping to find when they decided to leave New York and start their next chapter in Florida.
After nearly a year of working together, I don’t take their trust lightly. Being chosen to guide a family through a relocation this big and watching it all finally come together is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Over 2 decades in one home… and now, a brand-new chapter begins. 🏡✨
After saying goodbye to the home they called theirs for over 20 years, the Cintrons are officially HOMEOWNERS in Valencia at Riverland! 🔑🥂
This closing is especially meaningful to me because Shelly and I go way back… all the way to my teaching days! 🍎 We worked together for years and were math coaches together, long before real estate was ever part of my story.
Over the years, she’s continued to trust me with some pretty important moments for her family. She entrusted me with the sale of her mom’s condo, and when her daughter was ready to purchase her very first home in Orlando, I was able to connect her with an amazing agent there.
And now I’ve had the privilege of helping Shelly and her husband close one HUGE chapter by selling the home they loved for 2 decades and start this next one in a new construction home they saw built from the ground up. ❤️
They have worked incredibly hard for so many years to prepare for the retirement they’ve dreamed about. They’re not quite there yet… but they are SO close. And now they officially own the home where they’ll get to enjoy everything they’ve worked for.

My phone rings for a lot of reasons… and most of them have very little to do with houses. 📲🤍

The fur baby desperately needs a yard 🐾
A baby is coming.
A marriage is beginning.
A marriage is ending.
A new job means a new city.
Parents want to be closer to their kids and grandkids.
Someone is finally ready to stop paying rent and have something of their own.

Behind almost every move is a life change, a new chapter, or a decision someone has probably been thinking about for a long time.

That’s the part of this job I love most. I get to help people navigate the life happening behind the transaction.
