Well, it’s official. We sold our 2nd flip and it’s so exciting!! This had truly been a dream come true! We went under contract in 2 weeks and sold a home in Florissant for $285,000!! Huge thanks to our realtor Jamie Lee Sears and her super handy hubby Tim! They chipped in so much to get things done! We also want to thank Bobby McKinnon for tearing out a concrete walkway and filling it in. Shaun Eatherton for replacing old outlets. Shannon Eatherton, Nicole Harris, Kelley Ament, and my dad for keeping Blair busy! (That’s a biggie!!)

Our latest flip complete! This is on a quiet, well maintained cul-de-sac in unincorporated Florissant, MO. The neighbors all came over to tour and were super impressed!
