I can be picky when it comes to food… but this one? 😮‍💨

Finally got a chance to stop by in Tampa and ended up having one of those real conversations you don’t get everywhere — passion, purpose, and why flavor actually matters.

Chef Detroit made it clear… they’re not cutting corners here. This is real southern comfort — the kind of food that feels like home and might just put you to sleep after 😅

Everything was flavorful, intentional, and just done right.

Tampa has a lot of spots… but not all of them hit like this.
