🚨 MORTGAGE MARKET UPDATE

If you’ve noticed mortgage rates moving, here’s why:

📈 The 10-Year Treasury pushed close to 5%, reaching its highest level since late 2023.
🛢️ Oil prices have surged above $100/barrel.
📊 Inflation concerns remain.
🏦 Markets are anticipating rates could stay higher for longer.

All of this is putting pressure on mortgage rates.
