February marks just the second VIP box we’ve ever put together, and seeing this program start to take shape has been so meaningful. Each box is simple, thoughtful, and created as a genuine thank you to the clients who trust me enough to refer their friends and family.

I also sat down with Karen Jackson from Rate, my go-to lender for a decade, to talk about the step I won’t let buyers skip: getting fully prepared before they start touring homes. Closing days like this never get old. 🤍

So happy for Catherine & Ryan on their first home — and especially grateful for the trust they placed in me throughout the process. First-time buyers come in with big questions, big emotions, and a lot riding on every decision, and my goal is always the same: protect them, guide them, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way.

Hearing words like “she treated us as if we were her own kids” means more to me than any sign or celebration photo ever could. Huge thank you to Cathy for being such an incredible support as well — truly a team effort from start to finish.

The best part of starting something new?
Getting to deliver it. 💛

These are our very first VIP boxes officially landing on doorsteps — and seeing this reaction (and a curious pup 👀🐾) makes it even sweeter. This program was created as a simple, thoughtful way to say thank you to the clients who trust me enough to refer their friends and family, and moments like this are exactly why I wanted to do it.

So grateful for the relationships behind every referral, and so excited to keep surprising and thanking our VIPs along the way. More deliveries to come. ✨

I’m really excited about this one. 💛

This year I officially kicked off something new — my VIP Referral Program — as a way to say thank you to the clients who trust me enough to refer their friends and family. Referrals mean more to me than you know, and I wanted to create something thoughtful and personal to show that appreciation.

These are our very first VIP welcome boxes being assembled — filled with a few of my favorite things, wrapped with care, and finished with a personal note from me. Everyone who refers a client is entered into a six-month VIP drawing, receive a gift once a month, and if you send another referral, you’re entered again. The first five VIPs for 2026 are officially underway, and I couldn’t be more excited to start delivering them next week!

If you’ve ever wondered how to become a VIP — it’s simple. When someone you know is thinking about buying or selling, send them my way. That trust means everything.

And with that… 2025 comes to a close. ✨

This year was full of moments I won’t forget — incredible clients, meaningful connections, lots of laughs, and so much time spent with friends, family, and this community I’m so grateful to be part of.

Helping people through big life moments will never stop being special to me. Thank you to everyone who trusted me, supported me, referred me, showed up, and made this year what it was.

Feeling thankful for what 2025 brought… and genuinely excited for what 2026 has in store. 🤍
