Every closing represents the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

5 Bonnie Lane officially settled yesterday, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to help my sellers through every step of the process.

From preparing the home for the market to negotiating the details and making it all the way to the closing table, this was a smooth transaction from start to finish—and that’s always the goal.

Congratulations to my wonderful sellers as they begin what’s next, and thank you for trusting me to guide you through the process.

First home and baby number 2 arriving this month…

There’s a lot changing for these two, and I’m so grateful I got to help with one of the biggest milestones along the way.

Watching clients go from searching for the right house to standing on their front porch with keys in hand never gets old. Wishing them so much happiness as they settle in and get ready to welcome their newest little one home.

Congratulations again—you have so much to celebrate.

There’s something special about looking back and seeing all the different stories that made up the summer.

New beginnings. Happy sellers. Excited buyers. Under contract milestones. Leases signed. Every home represents a different family, a different goal, and a different chapter—and it’s been an honor to be part of so many of them.

To every client who trusted me, every referral partner who sent someone my way, and every friend and family member who continues to support my business… thank you. Your trust never goes unnoticed.

Here’s to celebrating everything we’ve accomplished so far this summer—and to everything still to come. ☀️🏡

The best kind of beach trip is the one where nobody is really on a schedule.

A full family crew, one adventurous toddler, one very sleepy baby, beach days, boardwalk pizza, arcade rides, and enough sandy feet to fill the car on the ride home. ❤️

These are the weekends that feel a little chaotic while you’re living them… and then become the memories you want to hold onto forever.

Feeling very lucky for time with family and a few days down the shore together.

When I think about my brother-in-law, Mark, I don’t just remember his diagnosis—I remember his sense of humor, the practical jokes, and the way he always made people laugh.

This is one memory I’ve carried with me ever since he passed, and it’s one of the reasons supporting ALS United Mid-Atlantic means so much to me.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to listen to his story. And if you’d like to help honor his legacy, I’d love to see you on July 15 at The Pear or Sovana Bistro for the ALS United Mid-Atlantic Dine & Donate. Every qualifying meal helps support local families living with ALS. 💙

Some people become part of your story forever.

For me, Mark was one of those people.

He was funny, resilient, and the kind of person who made everyone around him feel at ease. ALS changed so much, but it never changed who he was or how deeply he was loved.

This is why supporting ALS research and organizations like ALS United Mid-Atlantic means so much to me. Thank you for taking a moment to get to know the man behind my “why.” 💙

If you’d like to support this cause, I’d love to see you on July 15 at The Pear or Sovana Bistro for the ALS United Mid-Atlantic Dine & Donate.

Some homes mean more than square footage.

They carry decades of memories, family traditions, and the quiet moments that made them special.

This sale was one of those.

After the unexpected loss of his mother, my seller had one goal: to honor the home she loved by finding the right buyers and presenting it with the same care she had given it for years.

Every decision we made reflected that.

The result? Fourteen qualified offers, a sale well over asking price, and, most importantly, buyers who truly appreciated everything this home represented.

This was never just about selling a house.

It was about helping one family close a chapter with dignity while opening the door for another family to begin theirs.

I’m incredibly grateful to have been trusted with that responsibility. ❤️

Most of us have heard of ALS.

Far fewer of us understand what it really means for the people and families living with it every day.

That’s why I wanted to share a few facts that put this disease into perspective. Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a community learning to navigate something that changes life overnight.

On July 15, I’ll be participating in the ALS United Mid-Atlantic Dine & Donate at The Pear and Sovana Bistro. It’s a simple way to support local families affected by ALS—just mention ALS United Mid-Atlantic when you order, and 15% of your qualifying meal will be donated.

Take a minute to swipe through, learn something new, and if you’re able, I hope you’ll join me on July 15. 💙
