As an avid motorcyclist I fell in love with AZ and in 2009 bought a vacation home in Fountain Hills then moved permanently in 2017. My entrepreneurial passion arises.

lay Network, Inc. Starting at 0 I successfully built it into a profitable enterprise. I oversaw all operations of the company Design, Sales, and Production. Worked with some of the world’s top brand marketers such as AT&T, Cricket Communications, Guinness Brewing, Gibson, HHGregg, Klipsch Audio, and multiple state lotteries. Successfully helped AT&T acquire market share that enabled AT&T to become a dominant player in the wireless industry. Again with Cricket wireless to gain major market growth and help groom for a buyout. Most recently founded Asset Display Solutions in 2012 and helped Illinois lottery totally reinvent their retail presence Also produced a variety of retail displays for 15 additional state lotteries.Grew AT&T Wireless account in 1998 from a $15,000.00 initial order to over $15million over a 5 year period. Grew Cricket Communications account in 2003 from a $10,000.00 initial order to over $25million over a 6 year period. Beginning in 2011 produced approximately $5million for the lottery industry. My first work was helping local businesses skyrocket ROI with internet marketing with Search Engine & Social Media Optimization. Pursuing relationships based on transparency, persistence, mutual trust, and integrity with our employees, customers and other business partners. Lead a team of Sales Professionals and disrupted the Social Media Marketing space and achieved outstanding results for local businesses which provided an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and knowledge.

I wasn’t achieving the success nor the fulfillment I wanted in marketing. I found myself in a financial turning point when I wanted to sell my house quickly and invest in real estate in AZ. I ended up selling to an investor and that’s when it all began, I was officially an investor. I realized at that moment that I could help people in transitory positions like myself, to move on to a new direction and hope in the future. Researched the REI industry and took action building power relationships to allow me to find, fund, repair and sell SFRs in Phoenix for profit. I am using this experience, my contacts, passion and resources to further my goal of reaching financial freedom while helping educate and nurture homeowners.
