Working with these two has been awesome from the start!🙌🏻

They were referred to me from another amazing past client, eager to get the process started but very open to listening and learning.👌🏻

They had already had a phone call with a great lender, we had open communication from the start and we put together a search, list of pro's and con's ,must haves vs wants and most importantly what made most sense financially and what payment they felt comfortable with because life happens.🤍

We only started looking a couple of weeks ago but like I always say, when you know, YOU know. It's a feeling and I could see this was the one on both of their faces the moment we walked inside. Congratulations to my seller and the new Home Owners of this very well maintained ranch!🏡

My seller had been trying to sell his house since last spring to be able to relocate out of state. He had worked with a few other agents but the Market was tough and buyers were watching prices decrease daily. His main goal was to have it sold by the end of 2025!🙌🏻

We put together a marketing strategy, made sure we priced it accordingly to what the market was telling us and stayed the course! We had many showings and accepted an offer within 40 days! Now my seller is happily moved back home.👌🏼

Sometimes it takes conversations that aren't always easy but necessary and making sure we all have the same goals and are on the same page as a TEAM!🙏🏻

What a year.💥

We welcomed our second baby boy, Beckem
Brooks to our family and he is the perfect addition and blessing we’ve been praying for.💙

A year filled with so many blessings, challenges, many new memories made as a family, and so many wonderful clients who turned into great friends.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to be a part of closing 🏡 an important chapter for my clients as well as helping some of them start a new one.🙏🏻

Either way, my heart is full from such an amazing year! In fact, my best year in real estate and more importantly the year that I gained so many meaningful relationships from my career.💕

I could only post about how great of a year I’ve had in real estate, 🏡 how many families I’ve been blessed to help, etc., but to me it’s MOST IMPORTANT about what I’ve been able to do for others and how it shapes us. 🙏🏻

Most importantly, 2025 has taught me to live a life filled with quality, not quantity and purpose!👌🏼
It’s so important that we ask ourselves if what we are doing today is making us better for tomorrow? Is it serving someone else or are we serving ourselves? Is it worth our time or is it draining us?

Because I truly believe if our time is not well spent, not spent with quality people who are lifting us up and making us better, and not allowing us to make an impact or making the situation better for someone, then we’re wasting time we don’t get back.⏰

We all have goals and I think those are very necessary to set.🙌🏻 But I’m going into 2026 with a specific purpose, the purpose to seek out quality in all aspects of life and really practice gratitude for the people we have in our lives and the impact we’ve been given the opportunity to make while we can.🌟

Quality > Quantity.❤️
