One of my absolute favorite aspects of real estate is figuring out the best ways to refresh a home while keeping its charm. I’m working on paint selection now for a listing I have in the works and while this wallpaper is going to go-I’m obsessed with the pendant lights and tile floor. What color would you paint the walls in here? (I think I’ve already decided)

SOLD!

These two just closed on their first home and it was such an honor to help them do it! We met on a Sunday and their offer was accepted that Thursday! AND they got this beautiful house in West Hartford for almost 30k less than asking price!!!

I am so excited for them as they start this new chapter and so grateful that I got to be the agent that helped them on this journey!
