I hear all the time “my kids will never be able to afford a home in today’s market in Utah”.

Well that’s simply not true. My client is 22. Read that again, 22. He worked really hard and was able to save money and buy his first house by himself with no help financially from anyone. Did he live at home with parents for a while to do that? Yes, but he was dedicated to owning.

Believe me, it was incredible to see him light up when I handed him his keys today. ☺️ 🏠 🔑
