Bowden’s Brigade, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Active Duty service members and Veterans as they navigate the challenges of civilian life, along with Janaea Soares Hunter with HHH Realty & Sam Fulton with UMortgage is offering a Closing Cost Scholarship to one deserving hero or their family.

This scholarship covers 100% of eligible closing costs, helping a Veteran or Active Duty member become a homeowner with zero out-of-pocket closing expenses.

The Bowden’s Brigade Homefront Scholarship was created to honor the legacy of Bowden McBride Hunter, U.S. Marine, and to assist fellow veterans in achieving the dream of homeownership.

Through a partnership between Bowden’s Brigade, Janaea Hunter with HHH Realty, & Sam Fulton with UMortgage, this program covers 100% of eligible closing costs in addition to the $0 down payment VA Benefits for one qualified veteran or active service member purchasing a primary residence in Utah.
