I’m not a rapper 🤷🏾‍♂️ but within 2 days, we were under contract, 5 offers within the first 24 hours, and sold for well over asking price! In March, the Utah county market sold at 97% of asking price. This home sold at 104% of its asking price. 3 week close was the cherry on top.

🌴 This brother and sister from Maui, first time home buyers, came as a referral from their mom back home who was recommended to us by one of her friends 🙏🏾 We love referrals! Thank you! They had tried to buy previously but it didn’t work out. Fortunately, I called in the team, Kalu and Adi, both from the 808 State to “take kea,” as we say back home, and “took kea” they did 🤙🏾 This home popped up on the market, received tons of interest, but shortly went back off the market. We took advantage to negotiate terms while off the market, while still competing with another offer, and we got our clients closing costs covered, before the house could be put back on the market again.
