Good evening all. Spoke with a source at the USPS, they tell me that the 29 stations/Offices that are up and running in Puerto Rico are processing mail. Do to the dangers still in Puerto Rico, folks that can drive to their area Post Office should go and ask if they have mail available for them. Just make sure you bring your identification with you and you will be given your mail, packages and any mail available for you. For more information go to the USPS.com website and there, I was told you will find more information on the efforts that are being made to help those folks in need. I will continue to inform on the progress the USPS is making. They are doing all they can to serve all customers in Puerto Rico.

Por la situación crítica los carteros y los empleados sólo están trabajando en el proceso de preparar correspondencia. Aquellos que pueden manejar y visitar la estación o oficina que le da el servicio a su área pueden recoger su correspondencia. Lo que el correo pide es su identificación, licencia de manejar es lo mejor. Con identificación el correo le dará sus correspondencia, cartas, paquetes o cualquier correspondencia disponible. Para más información, si tienen acceso al internet entren a USPS. com. Y hay encontrará más información sobre la ayuda y el servicio que el correo está tratando de provisional bajo estas circunstancias tan drásticas que muchos están sufriendo.
