Homes are selling roughly 7% faster vs this time last year.

🔹 Median Sale Price: Up $224K (from $215k)

🔹 Average Days on Market: 76 (vs 79)

More homes are selling. They're selling faster, and they're selling for more money than at this time last year. That's good for sellers, BUT it's also a good time for buyers because interest rates are as LOW as we've seen them in the last 12 months.
