SOLD.
I always say the hardest part of a real estate transaction is getting to closing. Sometimes closings don't happen because a ball is dropped somewhere along that path to the closing table, it's delicate. It's hard work. The city of South Orange made it difficult... but I didn't give up. Myseller and buyer didn't give up( yes I was a dual agent... another story for another time. lol) but we all got the job done. I'm not a quitter. That's what you are guaranteed of with me. I'm getting you to the closing table... rain, sleet. sunshine, heat wave, snow, hail, tornado, ..... what else.
So proud of my clients. First time homeowners. The journey begins now.
