Hey everyone, I'm listing my own home for sale pretty soon! I'm going to document the steps I take to sell it, which may help others who want to sell. This will not only help others wanting to sell, but will also demonstrate my process with clients. Because it's my own home, I can post more detailed information and explanations and use my own home's sale as an example. My clients' information is always confidential.
