Toledo Edison is the worst company of all time! Had no power for five days! None of the customer service can help me because they don’t work on the weekends and yesterday was Martin Luther King day.I had to call there and talk to seven different employees to get anything done. I’ve spent hours on the phone. All my pipes are now frozen. They never should’ve turn the power off. I need people to come over and do some quotes to fix this damage that Toledo Edison caused. Any recommendations?

I need your guys help in deciding how much to pay these guys. They were supposed to put in countertops and a vinyl floor kitchen and dining room. I was paying $300 for their labor. I already paid them $50. this is what they got done not even a third of the project.How much do you think I should pay them?
