The Next HOA Meeting is 6:30pm Tuesday May 7th in the first floor activty room. Each Unit number has been given a form to fill out with Occupant/Owner Contact information for us to have on file in case of Emergency. This is only for emergency use. Please bring your completed forms to #208. If you need another one, you can get one from #208 also. This info can also be emailed to [email protected]. Have a fabulous weekend!

We are looking for more members for the HOA Board: We are only 4 people. F O U R. Trying to do our best. As a community member you have the right to approach people in Violation and kindly remind them. whether it be smoking or parking in the wrong place or leaving pet waste in the area. People See it going on all the time but NO ONE will say anything to the offenders. We all are trying to live peacefully in this place. We should know our neigbors. In knowing each other people tend to be more respectful and willing to invest the community around us. We can all be proactive in making our CommUNITY a clean and safe place to be.

Good News: Smoking is Prohibited within 25 feet of Buildings in Utah
R392-510-9. Protection of Air Used for Ventilation.

(1) Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any entrance-way, exit, open window, or air intake of a building where smoking is prohibited. (Note: smoking is not allowed indoors ANYWHERE in Utah.)

(2) Ashtrays may be placed near entrances only if they have durable and easily readable signage indicating that the ashtray is provided for convenience only and the area around it is not a smoking area. The sign shall include a reference to the 25 foot prohibition.

In light of current situations here at V@RE Condos we are asking that residents come together for our safety and security. We need to be vigilant at working together to keep our Condo community safer. We can accomplish this by getting to know the neighbors in the building, being aware of who is coming in and out of our building. Don't be afraid to ask questions and speak to people you don't know or to speak up when you notice suspicious behavior or activity, including calling the Police if needed. The V@RE HOA board is committed to making and keeping our building an enjoyable and secure residents. We hope that you each will join us in this effort to keeping this a pleasant place to live.

Attention Residents:

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
The HOA of Village @ River's Edge will be issuing $50.00 fines per pet per incidents to those residents who are not properly dispose of their pet waste.

The immediate yards just outside the main lobby and to the North and South side emergency doors have become a "pet bathroom" and we cannot have this on the property. Pet waste is being tracked inside of our building and into our homes.This and can cause serious illness especially in our elderly and very young residents. We have had several complaints from those witnessing pets being taken out and not cleaned up after. When Possible have your pets relieve themselves East of the driveway & parking lots away from the walks and stairs and the garbage can locations where pedestrian traffic is heaviest.

We all want to live an a clean pet friendly environment so lets do our part to keep our lawns clean and safe for enjoyment.
